Micro transmissivity measuring instrument TMS -Pro

It can quickly and accurately measure the phase/absolute transmissivity and Mann transmissivity of optical elements such as various planes, spheres and ramps, and can be used to real-time display the single and multi-point wavelength transmissivity data and the average transmissivity data of specified wavebands, and real-time display the semi transmissivity wavelength and slope. It is applicable to the transmittance measurement of IR holes, white ink (semi transparent and uniform white), curved edge IR holes (2.5D, 3D), coated mirrors, glued mirrors, parallel plates, solar films, filter optical elements, etc.

Purpose:
It can quickly and accurately measure the phase/absolute transmissivity and Mann transmissivity of optical elements such as various planes, spheres and ramps, and can be used to real-time display the single and multi-point wavelength transmissivity data and the average transmissivity data of specified wavebands, and real-time display the semi transmissivity wavelength and slope. 2. Micro coaxial confocal technology is used for video hole alignment to make fixed-point measurement more intuitive and accurate
3. Real time display of transmittance data and semi transmittance wavelength monitoring at the wavelength of interest of the measured sample, automatic adjustment of display coordinate range, and efficient batch sample detection and spectrogram comparison and analysis.  
4. Detection time in milliseconds: high performance detector, which can measure with high reproducibility within 0.3 seconds;  
5. You can define the measurement scheme by yourself, and set the criteria to make the detection faster and the results more accurate.
