1. Polarizer fades and deteriorates, and the sensitivity decreases significantly. The solution is to replace the polarizer.
2. The sensitivity decreases when the full wave plate moves. At this time, unscrew the cover plate, screw the correction rod into the screw of the full wave plate metal frame, loosen the fastening screw on the right, and rotate the full wave plate until the brightest purplish red appears in the field of view.
3. When the position of the polarizer moves, the sensitivity decreases. At this time, take out the full wave plate, loosen the six fastening screws on the polarimeter frame, rotate the polarimeter, and turn the field of view to the darkest.
4. The illuminance of the field of view is uneven. Remove the lamp shade, loosen the four screws of the pressure ring, and adjust the light source to the maximum and uniform illuminance on the left, right, up and down. During adjustment, it shall be noted that the filament plane of the light source shall be perpendicular to the optical axis.
