1、 Product Introduction

DRQ-100 series one button measuring instrument adopts dual telecentric high-resolution optical lens, combines high-precision image analysis algorithm, and integrates one button flash measurement principle. The instrument can automatically locate the measurement object, match the template, measure the evaluation, and generate the report according to the shape of the workpiece. Just touch the start button to truly achieve one key fast and accurate measurement.

2、 Product advantages

Traditional measuring instruments, such as projectors, image measuring instruments, tool microscopes, profilers, vernier calipers, micrometers, etc., face many problems when measuring, such as: the positioning of measuring objects and the positioning of the origin are time-consuming, the operation time of batch measurement is long, different measuring personnel lead to different measurement results, and the data statistics management is complex.

5、 Delivery and acceptance

1、 delivery
1) Delivery date: within 30 working days after the contract takes effect.
2) Delivery place: Free express delivery to the delivery place designated by the Buyer.
2、 Installation and training
1) Our company is responsible for the installation and commissioning of equipment on the user's site.
2) During equipment installation and commissioning, the Buyer's technical personnel shall be trained in theory, practical operation and maintenance.
3、 check before acceptance
1) Acceptance standard: subject to the contract and technical agreement.
2) Acceptance items: check the configuration and specifications, which should meet the requirements of the technical agreement of the contract and the product specification.
3) After passing the acceptance, both parties shall sign the Product Acceptance Report.
4) The product appearance shall be subject to the physical object.

6、 After sales service

1、 Equipment warranty period
1) Within 12 months after both parties sign the Product Acceptance Report;
2) In case of any fault within the warranty period, the warranty period of the fault part shall be extended from the date of repair.
2、 After sales service content
1) During the warranty period, "three guarantees" will be implemented. In case of any non-human failure of the parts of the equipment purchased by the user, our company will replace the parts of the same brand that are not lower than the original price, specification and model for free.
2) After the warranty period: our company provides continuous preferential services and technical support. When the equipment needs to be repaired due to failure, the replaced parts will be charged at the cost price. Free software upgrade and preferential hardware upgrade.
3) Troubleshooting response time: Our company will respond within 2 hours after receiving the fault report information, and guide the buyer to troubleshoot by telephone, fax and e-mail; If the fault still cannot be eliminated, the user will conduct on-site debugging and maintenance within 72 hours or send the instrument back to the company for maintenance.
